  I want to start off saying that this realtor was one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional I have ever worked with. I currently stay in Pecos, TX and was looking for a home to rent in Midland, TX. I received an email from someone by the name of Leticia Ruiz who works with Boswell & Associates who very helpful and communicated every step of the way. She told me to go to her sister office which was Berkshire, so I took time off of work on Friday 12/15/2017 and drove almost 2 hours to meet with someone to show me the home. When I arrived i met with Nicole who said Leticia did not work at this location and contacted someone by the name of Sydney and began to question as to why they had to show the home but wasn't getting paid to do so. I spoke with Sydney over the phone there in the office who told me that I was given the wrong information and would send the me the correct information and application via email and took my email address over the phone. The next day I left Pecos once again to meet this time with Sydney and the homeowners around 1 p.m. When i arrived Leticia was sitting in her vehicle as well waiting for them to show up. almost 3 hours go by and no one ever showed. Leticia gave me Sydney's number which i called and left a voicemail then after hanging up i sent a text message. NOT ONCE did i ever get a call back nor a text from Sydney but instead Leticia received a text after she asked Sydney why she was be so unprofessional in which case Sydney responded seconds later and said, "This is laughable," and never her from Sydney again. This realtor wasted 2 days of my time waiting on someone who never showed or responded. I contacted the office asking for a Manager and no one was available. Mr. Cooper contacted me, who was the Sydney's broker and manager and proceeded to explain to me how the system works and stated that he as sorry that i was at an inconvenience but then started putting the blame on me and Leticia for everything that had happened stating that I was the one who should have done the application by researching online, and that Leticia was the one who should've taken the deal because she showed the home. All in all very disappointed because Mr. Cooper said he could only offer an apology instead of making it right or at least providing some kind of compensation for my time and troubles because his agent doesn't want to do her job correctly. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, that is unless you want to get stood up and lied to and then made to look like youre the problem. I will be continuing to post this review everywhere I can.
